Community Development
The Trust provides financial assistance for the marriage of girls born into very poor families. Free medical aid is provided to the rural poor. The trust supports the economically weaker sections of society by society by providing financial assistance to repair houses that have been damaged by heavy rains or landslides. The Trust is having Self help Groups in villages, which help the families to reduce the financial risk. The Trust also distributes books, umbrellas, uniform and school fees to the poor children.

Care and Treatment of the ill and their rehabilitation
The Trust provides the basic needs, care and treatment of mentally ill and mentally challenged destitute. Conducts recreational programmes and exposure. Involves the inmates in the daily activities of the centre and provides them skill training programmes.
 
Care of the Aged Destitute
The Trust takes care of the aged destitutes. The Ashram is a resident of 65 plus aged women and men. 

Education
Mr. Lawrence Saldanha has donated Little Flower English Medium school in Kanajar,Karkala T.Q,  Udupi District and 60 plus school going children from the Ashram have been shifted to that place, where schooling and boarding arrangements along with basic school infrastructure has been made available by Ashram. Now School has strength of around 210 students.

Provision of training experience to medical and paramedical students.
The Trust is a centre for the practical training and exposure to Nursing, Psychology and Social work students.

Celebrating the National and State Festivals.
Trust celebrates for its inmates all the state and national events such as World Disabled day, Independence day, old age day, organization day. This is being practiced to keep the patience happy and busy, to nourish their physical and mental health.
